Long time no type.

Hey look at me, I’m updating the website. I have to admit, we’ve had a show done for weeks now but I’ve been busy and just sitting on it. I know Nate and Kou have been crying themselves to sleep for the delay, sorry guys. The good news, I’m putting the new show up tonight.

Normally I think Josh has terrible ideas but he came through on this one. The video below is from Ballpark Music and the song is called “It’s Great to Be Alive”, it’s on the new show going up shortly. I’m posting the video because you really should see the very attractive lady in the band. I think if we all start a letter writing campaign or leave them threatening messages she may go out with me. Ready…set…threaten!

The Feedlot #002: UPDATED

Hello good people of the internets. This is wpisode #2. We were all in a brunch comma for this one but I have to say it turned out pretty damn well. You’ll here tracks from Nothington, The Violent Femmes, Refused, The Jealous Sound and much more. We also had a tangent on local food, we may be a food podcast at this point but I’m ok with that. Introducing 8 Tracks

If you haven’t heard of 8tracks.com you’re missing out. It’s a pretty awesome site where you can create mixes of whatever music you want.

Anyway, I was thinking about horses and I made a pretty awesome mix for Barbaro the race horse that died years back. Well I pretty much only make mixes for dead celebrities… including race horses.

The Feedlot #001

Ohhhhhh man. It’s the first show. We’re back.

So those of you who don’t know us, we started the feedlot about 2004. We had a good run, got very drunk, and played a lot of good music. We didn’t really quit so much as we just sat on our asses and stopped recording shows. However, we got a wild hair up our asses and got the “band” back together, if for no other reason than to hang out, drink, and make fun of each others musical tastes.

So listen and write us. Tell us what you want to hear, how attractive we are or whatever you want. We’re working on adding more to the site so keep coming back for more. We’re also setting up the subscription in iTunes again so you can have the show delivered straight to your iTunes.
